“Shadow” is a beautiful blue roan gelding standing 15 hands tall, a true-blue, been-there-done-that Idaho ranch horse who has covered all kinds of terrain. He is one-hand broke, easy to operate, and rides very nicely in the arena with a soft lope, great handle, side pass, and a nice stop. Out on the trails, Shadow is a solid citizen who has seen it all—he’s branded and sorted cattle, climbed mountains, and completed every ranch chore imaginable, so it’s unlikely you’ll show him anything new. Shadow has been through our program and is fully desensitized to unusual objects, confidently crosses trail obstacles, works a gate with ease, and handles a rope well. He has excellent ground manners, is kind and sweet to be around, stands tied like a gentleman, and behaves like a seasoned veteran. We believe riders of all levels should be able to enjoy this good-natured gelding. He is absolutely sound, current on all care, and sells with a current basic pre-purchase exam and soundness letter from our veterinarian.
