Dexter is a 8 year old, 16 hand, AQHA bay gelding. He’s a grandson of Frenchmans Guy. Dexter spent 7 months with a professional trainer, gaining a solid foundation. He moves off your legs and is very soft in the face. Dexter is a phenomenal trail horse, he’s been ridden in national parks around the U.S. He does great ponying colts and other inexperienced horses around, showing them the ropes of things. Dexter is lightly started on the barrel pattern and has the potential to be a phenomenal competitor. He picks up his feet no problem, stands quietly for farrier, vaccines, saddling, grooming, etc. Loads and hauls no problem. He’s very friendly and easy to catch. He’s also respectful around children and dogs.
